Dead Body transportation services in Vadodara

The message of losing a beloved one leaves people in a devastated state but when it occurs in a foreign country it aches the hearts the most. To help such grievers, Last Journey organization has taken the onus of bringing their beloved ones back from several foreign countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai and South Africa etc to Vadodara (India).

Our transportation services are fully reliable and follow the legal path according to the rules and guidelines of the foreign state from where we are going to transport the remains. From attaining legal permissions from the embassies to delivering the human remains to the doorstep, our team covers all small and big tasks of the repatriation procedure.

The method we adopt for an international dead body transportation

Our team follows all the legitimate rules while transporting and securing the deceased body in a foreign country. The documentation and safety of the deceased body go hand in hand according to our repatriation service method.

The team has divided the complex and time-consuming task of repatriation into four major subtasks. Take a look at them.

1. Obtaining permission from the embassies -

This process initiates with seeking permission from the Indian and foreign embassies after informing them about the demise. These higher authorities grant permission on paper or through the mail. Now the team moves forwards to collect the remains from the foreign location.

2. Collecting the remains or deceased body of your beloved one -

Getting clearance from the local or residential authorities is also necessary. We establish a connection between authorities and family members for collecting the No Objection Certificate and postmortem report in case of unnatural death. After this, we collect the remains safely and book an ambulance for transporting them to a safe place like a mortuary.

3. Safety measures taken by the team -

The team leaves no stone unturned in keeping the remains safe under all conditions. We immediately book ambulance van, slot in a authorised mortuary, freezing box, embalming service center and a qualitative coffin box. These services ensure the freshness and safety of the dead body till the final delivery to India (Vadodara). The team collects certificates or legal papers from every department where we keep the body for safety purposes.

4. Documents and ticket booking facility -

As a responsible team, we know the importance of certificates and documents during dead body transportation. Here is the list we provide to the family of a deceased person to manage all original papers and their Xerox copies in one place.

This list includes -:

  1. Death certificate
  2. No objection certificate
  3. Postmortem report if required
  4. Embalming certificate
  5. Coffin box certificate
  6. Identity proof of the deceased person
  7. Visa and Passport cancellation form
  8. Id proof of the team member and a sponsoring team that is conducting the repatriation
  9. Coffin box certificate
  10. Two-way tickets for the air cargo

In the end, the team books the two-way ticket for the air cargo through which the remains will be delivered/
