The current pandemic of Covid19 brought with it not just the fear of the disease but also many other complications, including the loss of a loved one, financial insecurity, family turmoil, work stress, and much more. The uncertainty surrounding the virus got too much to handle for everyone.

We might still not know how much more will we be impacted or how long will this last, but it is crucial to understand that facing anxiety and related symptoms during this time is completely normal. Know that you are not powerless, and if taking even small steps in the right direction, you can overcome anxiety.

Here are some tips to help you through this stressful time:

  4. Taking care of oneself includes looking after both body and mind. You may not be into full-fledged workouts, but starting with some basic exercises and yoga can help elevate your mood and keep your body fit. With the pandemic, it has become all the more necessary for us to stay fit physically.
  5. Human beings are social animals. Staying in touch with family members, relatives, and friends can do a lot in keeping our mental health in check. You can even look for online funeral support groups to help cope with any kind of particular stress.
  6. Helping others not only gives us a chance to serve others but also provides us with happiness.
  7. If you still feel difficulty coping with the stress and the fears, you can take help from mental health professionals such as psychiatrists and psychologists.

When managing anxiety and other mental health issues, it all comes down to having patience and working little by little to make the future better!
