1. Stay hydrated
The hot sun, the rising temperatures, and the sweat leave our bodies dehydrated even if we don’t realize it. As a result, we may get sick soon causing fever, chills, and other problems. To save yourself from such complications remember to drink water regularly. Keep reminders in the interval and cover at least 2-3 liters of drinking water.
To add some flavor you can put some cucumber, lemon slices, or fruit juice in your drink.
2. Eat healthy and light
Maintain a proper diet and remember to add seasonal vegetables and fruits. Make sure that you eat small and regular meals. Add lots of fiber and protein to your daily diet to get the right nutrients and nourishment.

3. Sleep well
Not getting enough sleep is associated with a lot of health problems such as higher blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, lack of concentration, and much more. Being in the heat the whole day depletes all energy and hence it is important to sleep at least 7 hours to recover and reboot.
With this, it is also important to sleep during the right time which is the nighttime!
4. Have a proper skincare routine
Summers can take a huge toll on the skin. The dust, scorching heat, and pollution, all can harm our skin. Make a proper skincare routine depending on your type of skin. Use face wash, moisturizer, wet tissues, face masks, and any other product that suits you.
5. Make a workout routine
Summer is the best time to start with your health goals and workout routines. You can hit the gym, go for runs in the park, or simply exercise at home. If you have difficulty starting, try to take tiny steps by going for a walk, dancing at home, or cycling. You can even play some sport to stay fit and healthy.
6. Enjoy the weather
